Screen recordings may cause unexpected editing issues including choppy playback in the preview screen, problems with the split & trim tool, as well as errors in saving the project as a video.

If you have issues with screen recordings, please re-encode your video with KineMaster, then add the new video into your main project.

Here's how to re-encode a screen recording:
1. Create a new project and add a screen recording video to the project.
2. Immediately tap the Save button without editing any portion of the video.
3. Save, leaving the Resolution and the Frame Rate at the original settings.
4. Use the saved video in your main project.
