Making a lower resolution copy to transcode is done automatically when adding a video that is above the device capability. KineMaster will ask you to transcode the video. If you tap 'OK' it will be added to your project at a lower resolution video, which you can edit and save.

You can change the resolution of video clips already added to your project with the Transcode tool. This is helpful when you encounter device limitations (when that happens, your video clips have lines on them). To add additional media to your project, you can transcode your video clips to a lower resolution. To access the Transcode tool:

-Tap the video clip > tap "Transcode" in the Options Panel on the right side of the screen> select options

Note: KineMaster supports up to 4K/2160p video. Please make sure your video does not exceed 4K/2160p.
