Q. I can’t download assets from the Asset Store. What should I do?
If you have any problem with downloading assets, please try the following one by one:
1. Reboot your device.
2. Make sure your device has a solid Internet connection. For example, try visiting some Internet sites using a web browser.
3. Try downloading assets from the Asset Store.
If the problem persists after the steps above, please send us an email through Email Support (KineMaster >> Help & Support >> Email Support) with a screenshot of the error message.
