Q. I'm a subscriber, but suddenly the watermark appeared. How can I fix this?
You can restore your KineMaster Premium subscription on your Apple device by following these steps:
1. Open the Settings app >> [Your name], and make sure your Apple ID was used to purchase your subscription.
2. Next, open KineMaster >> Settings >> Information >> My Information, but don't log in to KineMaster Account
3. If Subscription Status says "KineMaster Free User (Non-Subscriber)", tap Restore Purchase.
If KineMaster doesn't recognize your subscription after following the steps above, please contact us using Email Support below, with the following screenshots:
- Any message that appears after tapping Subscribe to KineMaster Premium. (Please do not proceed to payment.)
- A screenshot of the KineMaster >> Settings >> My Information screen.
