If you have problems downloading assets from the KineMaster Asset Store, please try the following:
1. Reboot your device.
2. Make sure your device has an Internet connection-- You can check by opening a web browser app and visiting https://www.kinemaster.com.
3. Make sure that you are using the latest version of KineMaster installed from Google Play Store or Apple's App Store.
If you continue to experience difficulty downloading assets, please send us an email using Email Support below, with a screenshot of the error message.
