Subscription not Recognized

In order to restore your subscription, please follow the steps below: 

 Go to Google Play Store, tap Menu, and please make sure you are signed to the Google account you used for subscription and remove all your other emails on the Google Play accounts list. 

  1. Once done, Delete (uninstall) KineMaster. 
  2. Reboot your phone. 
  3. Run the Google Play Store, and reinstall KineMaster. Don't log in the 'My Information' page. 

Then, your KineMaster should be able to recognize your subscription. 

If you still see watermark or ads, please send us a screenshot where the ads appear and a screenshot of your ‘My Information’ screen (Run KineMaster >> Settings >> My Information).
